We are looking for engaged social educators for our residential facility Søbæk Have in Jyderup in Holbæk Municipality – and you are very welcome to apply alone or together with a good colleague.

The positions are 37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2026 or as soon as possible – but we will also find a solution if you want fewer hours.

Who are we?

We are a 24/7 facility for adult residents with significant and permanent reduced mental and/or physical functional ability aged 18 to 90+. We work from:

• Social Services Act §§ 83, 85, 107 and 108
• Health Act § 138
• Housing Act § 105

The target group spans a wide range, and you will meet people with varying degrees of developmental disability and support needs – including communication difficulties and in some cases outwardly directed behavior. We design the support individually and with high professional standards, both in residents' own apartments and in common areas.

We strive for residents to live an active, safe and self-determined life, characterized by community and development. We do this through a holistic approach, where social-pedagogical and health care tasks go hand in hand.

We work in interdisciplinary teams with a focus on relationships, involvement and targeted actions tailored to each resident's hopes, dreams, wishes and needs.

• Are educated social educator/social education assistant – both newly graduated and experienced are welcome

• Have calm, overview and can handle unpredictability
• Can work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and interdisciplinary partners
• Have an eye for both the pedagogical and health‑care perspectives
• Are clear in your communication – both verbally and in writing
• Know (or want to learn) systems like KMD Nexus and FSIII
• Contribute to a good working environment and value collegial community
