Care Center Kærbo and dementia-friendly Torsbo are seeking trained healthcare professionals for permanent positions as evening shifts.

Dementia-friendly Torsbo is seeking 1 healthcare-educated employee for a permanent position in the evening shift. With work every Monday and Tuesday and weekend shift every 2 weeks.

About the evening shift

We offer permanent employment as a social and health care assistant for 28 hours per week in the evening shift, in the dementia-friendly department C.

You will collaborate with 5 colleagues. Together you will help and support the total of 29 residents who live at Torsbo.

We offer a fixed shift rota 5 – 2. This means that you work every Monday and Tuesday and work Friday, Saturday and Sunday every other week.

Care Center Kærbo is seeking 2 healthcare-educated employees for permanent positions in the evening shift with weekend shifts every 2 weeks.

About the evening shift

We offer permanent employment for a social and health care helper and for a social and health care assistant. Both positions are 28 hours per week. We are looking for two new colleagues, one in even weeks and one in odd weeks.

You will collaborate with 5 colleagues. Together they help and support a total of 30 residents who live in House C.

We have chosen to work with a 7 – 7 shift rota.

Common to the positions, the tasks will include

• Participate in the care and support of residents according to Kærbo/Torsbo values and our shared core mission.
• Support residents in daily activities.
• Participate in medication management and observation of residents' health conditions.
• Documentation in the care system Cura.

About you

It is a requirement that you have a healthcare education within the SOSU field. (if you apply as unskilled your application will be screened out) It is an advantage if you have experience from the elderly care sector. As a person you are empathetic and can take responsibility, have good communication skills and can collaborate with residents, relatives and colleagues.

We expect you to be able to work independently, be professional and have an engaged approach to the residents.

Other information

Salary: Pay is determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and local pay formation.
