Adventurous pedagogue wanted for the nursery in Skovparken's Children's House

Are you crazy about sandcastles, floor play and curious little people? Can you see the value in creating safe boundaries, being present, meeting children at their level and smelling a diaper full of poop?

Then maybe you are the person we are looking for!

We are seeking an educator for our nursery who meets the child with acknowledgment and respect. Someone who knows the importance of creating a good relationship with both children, parents and colleagues. Someone who can stay calm when pressure situations arise, can take responsibility for planning a daily routine that strengthens the children’s wellbeing, development and formation, and someone who WANTS the children.

Skovparkens Børnehus is a place filled with life, laughter and learning. We believe that childhood should be filled with curiosity, security and fun experiences.

Skovparkens Børnehus is an integrated institution with 21 infants and about 60 preschool children. Our institution is located in the middle of a quiet residential area in the northern part of Nyborg. We are within walking distance to both forest, beach, hall, playgrounds and good cycling/bus connections out into the world.

In the staff group we are good at caring for and looking after each other. It is important to us that everyone feels safe and happy to come to work. Occasionally social events are organized outside working hours to safeguard good collegiality.

Further information

The position is 37 hours per week.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local wage formation.

The expected starting salary falls within the interval of DKK 34,070-39,380 per month excluding pension and optional benefits.

The actual salary is set based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including education, experience, competencies and the responsibilities of the position.
