About the task

You will be support for a 17-year-old young man with cerebral palsy (CP), who uses a wheelchair and needs help with almost all parts of daily life. He can express himself, but his speech can sometimes be difficult to understand.

The guy enjoys going out and experiencing things and, among other things, loves gaming, cinema visits, shopping, pizza fun, festivals and concerts. Therefore we are seeking you who have energy and want to take initiative and create some good hours together with him.

A typical shift starts at the young man's home, where you take the handicap car and pick him up at school. From here the trip can go to an activity or experience, before you return home for dinner, where you also help him.

The young man needs practical support along the way. The assignment also includes personal care, including changing diapers when you are on a trip.

About you

You want to work closely with a young man who needs support in daily life.

You are patient and positive and naturally take initiative for activities and experiences. At the same time you are attentive to the young man's needs and can help him in a calm and caring way.

It is a requirement that you have a driving licence, as you must be able to drive the adapted car during the shifts.

Working hours

The position is as a temp/relief worker for 16–20 hours per month.

Shifts are arranged as needed and typically on weekdays

• Shifts start around 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM
• A shift typically lasts 4 hours

Preferred start date is October 26, 2026.
