Executive Director with ambitions for strong children's communities

We are looking for an engaged and professionally grounded daily leader who wants to interact with both children and adults in Ådalen.

Since our daily leader has sought new professional challenges, we are seeking a new leader who can inspire and support our professionalism and practice around the children who spend their days in our nursery and kindergarten. Ådalen is part of the area institution Børnehusene Kokkedal and Humlebæk.

We plan the work around a common annual plan and a common annual cycle. We work project- and development-oriented, set the professional bar high and have good opportunities for further training.

In 2026-27, the work with strong child communities, play and care is in the foreground. For next year, as part of Fredensborg Municipality, we place particular focus on how we succeed in getting all children involved in the communities across their different prerequisites.

As daily leader you are both leader in Ådalen and in the area institution as part of the management team.

It is important for us employees that you have

• Practical experience with pedagogical work around 0-6-year-old children.

• A positive and appreciative leadership approach.
• Humor.
