Experienced assembly worker with strong steel expertise – preferably with leadership potential

For a newly created, permanent full-time position we are seeking an experienced assembly worker with a crafts background and good practical understanding of steel and metalworking.

You will become part of an experienced team and will work on assembling our Combi-Camp tent trailers using common hand tools and primarily pneumatic tools.

Your professional experience should also be used when problems arise in production – for example if a tool does not function correctly, or a steel part is damaged or deviates from what is expected. Here you should be able to help assess the problem, the consequences and the possible solution.

You will also be involved as a technical sparring partner when we develop and improve our products and production methods.

It is an advantage if you can operate a bending machine. Otherwise you should be willing to be trained so that you can eventually serve as a backup for the task.

If you have an interest in management, there will be the opportunity in the long term to take responsibility for the assembly team. Previous leadership experience is not a requirement.

We expect that you

• Are stable and punctual
• Have experience from production, assembly or metalworking
• Have good practical understanding of steel
• Can assess faults and find practical solutions
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Function well in a team and are keen to learn new tasks

To the bargain, we offer

• A fixed full-time job with fixed working hours
• No weekend or overtime
• Varied tasks and the possibility of greater responsibility
• Good colleagues and an informal workplace
• Training in our products and processes

Scancamp ApS produces the Combi-Camp tent trailer, and we place great emphasis on quality, good craftsmanship and satisfied customers.
