Experienced caretaker sought for an exciting permanent position.

Do you have solid experience with technical management of larger properties, and do you thrive in a role with responsibility, quality and collaboration? Then it might be you we are looking for for a full-time position at 37 hours for one of our large properties in Copenhagen.

About the position

We are looking for a good employee for the daily operation of one fixed residential property. The position is aimed at the technical operation of the property and fits for you who have experience with building operation, installations and technical systems. There will during the summer period be green maintenance of the property's outdoor areas, including courtyard.

You will be part of a good working environment with good colleagues, and you will get good colleagues attached in the same area, so there are good opportunities for sparring and collaboration in everyday work.

There is no stair cleaning in the position, this is handled by an external supplier.

We envision that you;

• have a minimum of 5 years' experience from the property service industry or similar technical operation
• are technically competent and work independently and structured
• have high IT proficiency
• flair for general practical work and not afraid to be solution-oriented
• have knowledge of Dalux (advantage)
• are extremely service-minded and have a smile on your face
• have at minimum DBi 005 course and knowledge of sprinkler installations

It is important that ownership, propriety and quality are part of your DNA.

Your background could for example be as property technician, electrician, carpenter, mason or another relevant craft education which can stand alone or be combined with experience within technical property management.
