Your role

As a workshop foreman you will play a central role in the daily operations at our workshop at Haderslevvej 145, and you will be the link between customers, mechanics and management.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Customer handling, advice and registration
• Planning and coordination of the workshop's tasks
• Daily leadership, sparring and development of employees
• Follow-up on repairs and ordering of spare parts
• Ensuring quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction

An important part of your role will be to create flow in the day's tasks, ensure that new tasks come in, and always stay ahead of the schedule so that customers and colleagues are notified in good time. You will also help ensure a workplace where employees feel valued, take responsibility and want to do their best.

You will become an active part of our development, where we work with new technologies and smarter working methods that will take the workshop to the next level. You will be part of the management team and participate in important decisions.
