Experienced HR Business Partner for leadership sparring, culture and organizational development

Your main areas of responsibility

As HR Business Partner you will be a sparring partner for the executive board, managers and leaders. You work both strategically, tactically and operationally – always with a focus on creating solutions that support the business and strengthen the organization. Your tasks will include:

• Strategic advice and qualified sparring with the management
• Leadership, organizational and change development close to the business
• Advising on complex personnel matters and employment law issues
• Recruitment of specialists and leaders in collaboration with the business
• Employer branding and initiatives that strengthen our ability to attract and retain skilled employees
• Implementation of strategic HR initiatives that translate into everyday practice
• Data-driven advice on wellbeing, development, attraction and retention

The most important is that you

• Have solid experience as HR Business Partner or from a similar senior HR role
• Are a strong and trust-building sparring partner for leaders at multiple levels
• Can combine strategic perspective with practical execution
• Have experience with recruitment and preferably with attracting specialists or leaders
• Can navigate safely and professionally in personnel law issues
• Work in a structured way, take responsibility and create progress in complex tasks
• Are curious about data, technology and new HR tools, including AI
• Thrive with a high degree of independence, broad contact network and opportunity to influence the direction
