• Are a trained nurse – with several years of experience, preferably from the elderly care sector
• Thrive in coordinating citizen pathways and creating coherence in care
• Work structured, take responsibility and keep an overview – even when everyday life is busy
• Have strong professional competencies and are motivated by developing the quality of care
• See documentation as an important part of the professional effort and actively contribute to ensuring high quality in care, as well as ensuring that the health professional documentation in Nexus is updated, sufficient and supports both patient safety and good interdisciplinary collaboration
• Have an eye for quality, patient safety and continuous development
• Thrive in close interdisciplinary collaboration and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues

About the position

We offer a position 30-37 hours per week. You should expect some evening shifts.

A generational community beyond the ordinary

Kong Gauers Gård is much more than a care home. Here, the care home and daycare are gathered under one roof, creating unique meetings between children and elderly people through play, activities and relationships. The care home consists of 79 modern apartments spread across six housing units, where the focus is on quality of life, self-determination and presence. Together with dedicated activity staff you help create a house filled with life, community and meaningful relationships.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay.

Employment is made under the agreement for 70.01 Public Health Nurses, Nutrition Assistants, Dental Hygienists, etc., §§ 3-5. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is on the base pay grade (4 or 7) based on seniority, in the range of DKK 31,081 – 36,994. The final placement, including collective agreement basis and pay level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

Employment date is December 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
