Experienced Omada Specialist for Statens IT

Do you want the technical ownership of one of the state's most critical Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions?

About the position At Statens IT we are looking for an experienced Omada specialist who can step in with confidence and strong skills from day one. You will become a central key person in a team that ensures processes, data flows and integrations operate flawlessly across our many client authorities. You should not be afraid to go in depth: you troubleshoot independently and ensure robust identity governance in a governmental context.

Your tasks will span three main areas

• Daily operations and monitoring: You monitor imports and runs in Omada ODW and Dashboard, handle incidents and tasks in ServiceNow and manage access, including immediate termination. In case of outages you coordinate with the Service Desk.
• Changes and optimization of the platform: Here you work with base and office controls, rights and thresholds as well as adjustments to SSIS packages, configuration, mapping, BA/SD views and reconciling. You also keep the technical documentation up to date.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects: You will also play a role in larger client changes, testing new functionality and new pillar customers as well as upgrades to the IGA platform.

Dine kompetencer og faglige profil For at succeed in the role, we expect you to have solid prior knowledge of the Omada Identity Suite (preferably +5 years of experience), so you can quickly navigate our setup.

We expect you to have deep knowledge in

• Dataflow: You understand the architecture and the interaction between Omada's databases (Rawdata, Persist, ODW).
• User administration: Through Omada and understanding the interplay between manual and automated task execution.
• Processes and platform tools: You understand the underlying HR processes (employees, consultants, creation, termination) and can navigate Omada dashboards with ease, perform recalculate and handle immediate provisioning.

As a person you work independently and take ownership of your tasks and the platform's stable operation. You thrive on diving into troubleshooting and maintain an overview when complex data errors need to be traced. At the same time you collaborate well with technical specialists, business analysts and customers – including during major changes and incidents.

Salary and employment terms You are hired under the current collective agreement with the possibility of negotiation depending on qualifications.
