From new tool to stable production

When a new product is to be produced, you come in early in the process. You commission and test the injection molding tool, identify the right process parameters, and work with the challenges that arise along the way. Sometimes it concerns process settings, other times the tool, the material, or the interaction between them. It requires experience, curiosity and a willingness to find the cause and implement the solution.

You work closely with PTA and the project managers and follow the task through to release for production. In addition, you work with troubleshooting and optimization of existing processes and tools. This also means that you get a role with a large professional interface and real influence on how production will run.

A place for you who would like to do a bit more with the plastics profession

Bogense Plast A/S produces technical plastic components where quality and dimensional tolerances are high. The company has around 50 modern injection molding machines, a high degree of automation and a continuous focus on developing and optimizing production. In addition, the company works with advanced processes such as 2K- and 3K-injection molding. This gives you the opportunity to work with some other professional challenges than those you typically meet in pure series production.

We are therefore looking for someone who already has a strong professional background in injection molding. You are trained as a plastic technician and have several years of practical experience with, among other things, commissioning, process optimization and technical problem solving. You have a good understanding of the injection molding process and are used to identifying causes when something does not work as it should, and finding the right solution.

You will get a role where your experience comes into play from the start, while at the same time you get the opportunity to develop your professional competencies and help shape and implement new initiatives. You thrive on going in depth with technical challenges and actively contribute to creating stable and optimized processes.
