Experienced production planner

Do you have solid experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing company?

Are you motivated by getting materials, quantities and timing to work together?

And do you want a central role with responsibility for precise planning and scheduling in a Danish food company? You will be responsible for ongoing production planning and the scheduling of, among other things, packaging, consumables and other materials for production. The task is both to ensure a realistic and efficient production plan and the right supply – with minimal tied-up inventory and minimization of excess stock.

You will have a broad interface with production, warehousing, procurement, factory management and external suppliers and must be able to respond proactively and adjust plans and scheduling when needs and conditions change.

We are looking for someone who has

• Solid experience with production planning and scheduling from a manufacturing company – ideally process industry.
• Experience with scheduling and handling of packaging, consumables or similar.
• Good business understanding and an eye for the value of precision and timing in planning and scheduling.
• Strong competencies within planning, coordination and follow-up.
• Excel skills and experience with ERP systems at least at a mid-to-high level.

You are structured and responsible, thrive with an independent area of responsibility and see your tasks through to completion. At the same time you maintain an overview when plans change, and contribute positively to the collaboration with both colleagues and suppliers.

The company is located in West Jutland and is among other things engaged in refining, packaging and distribution of plant-based foods for both industry and retail.
