We have an exciting and ambitious assignment, where we, in collaboration with the Debt Authority, will develop the right IT solutions that support the Debt Authority's strategy and business needs in relation to data, system operation and system development. We deliver IT solutions that must ensure correct collection of public debt. With us you will therefore lead projects where successful completion is a crucial prerequisite for ensuring the future tax administration.

As the upcoming project manager you can look forward to taking on the responsibility for

Experienced project manager with impact

You have a relevant education, such as cand.scient.pol, cand.it, cand.merc.it or similar education supplemented with a project management education and possibly certification such as IPMA, PRINCE2 or have otherwise acquired abilities for project management and agile development in complex organizations. It is an advantage if you have solid experience with IT development in general and an interest in change management and process governance. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience of working with data in a public context.

To succeed in the position we see that you

  • have several years of hands-on experience with both waterfall projects and agile development – including Prince 2 or the State IT project model etc.
  • have a sense for relationships and the ability to build bridges both internally and between the Development and Simplification Agency and our partners
  • are a good communicator, ensure timely involvement of stakeholders and involve the steering group
  • are independent, goal-oriented and can motivate and lead others through your engagement and personal impact
  • are analytical and can see through complex issues and are good at ensuring structure and creating overview in the process
  • are robust and can keep a cool head in pressurized situations where the focus is on delivering on time.

A job with development opportunities and a chance to elevate your professional skills to new heights

You can look forward to becoming an important part of a team consisting of experienced project managers and junior project managers who work closely with the office manager who leads the team on a daily basis. The primary goal of the team is to ensure professional project delivery. You will have the opportunity to help shape the development of the task. In the position you will have a unique opportunity to develop your competences and gain broad experience with the daily work in an innovative agency.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing are important to us, so we make the most of our competences and constantly learn from each other.
