We are seeking an experienced and service-minded sales coordinator/case handler with a background in the real estate brokerage industry, who wants to become an important part of a busy and successful business.

Together we work every day to create the best customer experiences and ensure high quality in all aspects of the housing transaction. The store is among the best-selling home stores in Denmark, and you will have the pleasure of working with 10 engaged colleagues who help each other and value a strong sense of community.

Your primary tasks

As a sales coordinator/case handler you will, among other things

• Handle cases in both pre-sales and after-sales
• Prepare purchase agreements and other legal documents
• Facilitate settlement of transactions
• Handle correspondence with lawyers, banks and other partners
• Ensure an efficient and professional case progression from start to finish

If you have experience with buyer advisory, there is also an opportunity to combine the role with this.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Has experience from the real estate brokerage industry, preferably as a trained real estate agent, but the most important is that you bring the right professional competencies and industry insight
• Has thorough experience with case processing and purchase agreements
• Works in a structured way and has control of the details
• Thrives in a high tempo environment with many balls in the air
• Is service-minded, responsible and self-driving
• Contributes positively to the team and highly values collaboration
• Is professionally ambitious and motivated by delivering quality in your work
