Facilities Technician

Service-minded property technician sought in Åbyhøj

Do you have a skilled trades background, technical understanding and a desire to create good living conditions for our residents? Then you might be the one we’re looking for.

As a property technician, you will play a central role in the daily operations of our housing departments in Åbyhøj.

You will become part of a strong team where we help each other and share our expertise. You will have a varied daily life with exciting operational tasks where your input makes a difference for our residents.

Your tasks will include

• Move-in and move-out inspections
• Repairs in apartments and buildings
• Daily handling of operational tasks and urgent operational issues
• Requesting craftsmen
• Registration and handling of tasks in our digital operations systems
• Contact and dialogue with residents

We imagine that you

• Have a trades background, are educated as a property service technician or have experience from a similar role.
• Have experience with E-syn, NTI or similar systems
• Have a good technical understanding and can see solutions in daily building operations
• Are responsible and follow your tasks through to the end
• Have good communication skills and a service-oriented approach
• Have a driving license for a passenger car

Employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week with salary in accordance with the collective agreement between ESL and BL - The Danish General Housing Associations.
