We asked three of your future colleagues how they experience LB
"We like each other, we want to help each other, and we are there for each other. That’s how it should be to go to work. LB is a community you are part of – both in your own team and with all the others here. We spend many waking hours together, so it matters that we have consideration for each other."
"The work means a lot to me. I put my soul into it. LB also does a lot to help me develop. I started from scratch, and they have gradually built knowledge and experience together with me. I have sought it out myself, but the managers are also good at seeing my abilities."
"We must be brave in our development – but also in our anchoring. It’s important that we are always moving, and that the things we start are implemented and anchored. That’s something we do together. We must have the whole soul in what we do, and hold on to what we believe in."
Why you should apply
You will take a central role with great influence on the professional development of the building area at LB.
You will join a professionally engaged environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing and learning are a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to workflows, quality and competence development as well as the development of future claims handling.
We offer a job with high flexibility, shared influence and good opportunities for both professional and personal development.
We look forward to hearing from you.
