Are you on the gastronomic beat, and can you conjure with flavor nuances so even the birds sing?

We are seeking an experienced trained cook for our canteen in Nordborg, for 37.00 hours per week. Working hours are weekdays from 06:00-14:00 with evening shifts every 6 weeks with start times from 11:00-19:00. In this canteen we prepare a daily lunch buffet and service for 600 diners. Together with the team you must ensure that our guests get the best experience and quality of the day. Your area of work will alternate between hot and cold dishes, salads, baked goods and desserts, which is why we want you to have experience covering all areas so there can be rotation among colleagues in the kitchen.

In addition you will also work with e-smiley, order goods, arrangement of the buffet and not least the daily cleaning and dishwashing. All together with your colleagues.

At SERWIZ we work purposefully with sustainability as well as reducing food waste and CO2 in our kitchens.

Your profile

Your relationship with food is like a good romantic comedy film. It always ends well. You have in-depth knowledge of the gastronomic world, professional gastronomic knowledge and are in on the beat. You are a trained chef, and have experience from similar positions. If you are (also) a trained baker or bread enthusiast, that is a plus, as we and our client love home baking. You are naturally goal-oriented, ambitious, curious, happy and proper in everything you do.

It is in your DNA to think differently, be welcoming and service-minded. You take responsibility for your daily station and other tasks, create structure and you think it is fun to go to work when two days are not the same.
