We see you as a licensed nurse who either has a diploma module within continence or the domain of authority – or who has experience or strong interest in this field. You thrive with independent responsibility and engage in both citizen contact and building safe, professional relationships. Your ability to create overview and work systematically, your joy in teaching and your desire to contribute to the development of workflows and colleagues, help strengthen our community. Your area of work

In the position you will encounter diverse and inspiring tasks. You conduct clinical assessments and provide advice, both in our clinic and in citizens' homes. Authority tasks under the Service Act, section 112 fill your daily work, just as you guide citizens and relatives, educate colleagues and key personnel and participate in quality development. Through interdisciplinary collaboration with Home Care, Nursing, the Training Section, Visitation and other partners you create holistic pathways that make a real difference for the citizens.
