Our current nurse has after three good years chosen to seek new challenges. Therefore we are looking for an authorized nurse for a permanent position as the primary medicine responsible.

About Teglgårdshuset

Teglgårdshuset is a social-psychiatric supported housing for citizens with dual diagnoses. The citizens live with mental disorders combined with active use, and several have treatment orders.

We meet the citizens with respect, curiosity and focus on the person behind the diagnosis. The goal is to support the individual in creating a meaningful life on their own terms.

About the position

As the primary medicine responsible you are the central healthcare professional key person in the house. You will have responsibility for the quality and development of the medical and healthcare interventions and collaborate closely with the house’s other nurse.

Your tasks include, among others

• Medication dispensing and administration
• Follow-up on changes in FMK
• Coordination with doctors, psychiatry, hospitals and pharmacy
• Ensuring correct documentation, follow-up and patient safety
• Healthcare sparring for colleagues
• Participation in quality networks and professional meetings
• Teaching and dissemination of healthcare topics
• Co-responsibility for implementation and quality assurance in Nexus
• Guidance of students

We imagine that you

• Have experience with or an interest in the cross-field between psychiatry, substance abuse and somatics
• Can take responsibility for healthcare tasks and create an overview in complex processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with citizens, relatives and partners
• Contribute actively to supervision, reflection and professional sparring
• Can adapt your efforts to the individual citizen’s needs
• Preferably trained as a clinical supervisor

Practical information

• Working hours: 37 hours per week or by agreement
• Working hours on weekdays between 07:00 and 15:00
• Employment from 01.12.2026 or as soon as possible
• There may be work on public holidays

Workplace: Teglgårdshuset

Start date: By agreement

Salary placement is according to the agreement for the Agreement for nurses etc., our pre‑agreements and any individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience.

The position’s salary range as a nurse will be from DKK 30,918.53 and up to DKK 36,801.91, depending on the candidate’s seniority, further training and personal competences.

Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension.
