Family support workers wanted for Carelink Group in North Zealand

Are you educated and experienced in family therapy and the specialized child sector?

Carelink Gruppen, Social & Familie, is seeking experienced family therapists for fixed or task-based interventions in North Zealand with a primary portfolio in Gribskov Municipality.

Carelink Gruppen is Denmark's largest welfare group. In the Social & Family department we work closely with municipalities across the country to help children, young people and families with special needs and complex issues. We deliver interventions under the Children's Act, such as family therapy, supported- and monitored visitation, support for parents with placed children, contact person schemes, etc.

About you

We are looking for someone who has

• A professional bachelor’s degree as a pedagogue, social worker or similar – preferably with relevant continuing/advanced education such as a family therapist or similar.
• Documented practical experience with family therapy in the specialized child and youth sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the Children's Act and experience with written documentation via the ICS method.
• Strong written communication skills for professional, precise and respectful case presentation.
• Good relational skills and a professional, calm approach to children, young people and families in difficult life situations.
• Ability to act independently, structured and with high professional integrity in daily work.

Your tasks

The tasks are tailored to your concrete experiences and competences. They may include

• Planning and conducting family therapy courses.
• Supported- and monitored visitation.
• Support person function for parents of placed children.
• Targeted interventions and counseling in accordance with written action plans.
• Written professional documentation and follow-up.

Workplace

The working area covers all of Zealand, but the tasks are primarily in Gribskov Municipality and the rest of North Zealand depending on the individual assignment. Since there is driving involved with the position, it is required that you have a driving license and your own car.
