The Entrance

In The Entrance we meet children, young people and families early when concerns about well-being, development or family life arise. We collaborate with families to find solutions that strengthen the child's developmental opportunities and support the family's agency. The Entrance in the Children and Youth Department offers advice, guidance and support to children, young people and families who need help in a difficult situation.

In this team we receive and process incoming reports, but also § 30 cases from Team 0-8, Team 9-17 and the Special Team are processed here. If you have special knowledge about autism or ADHD, we see it as an advantage, as there will be tasks that call for knowledge about neurodivergence.

As a family therapist in this team there are tasks such as conversations with the child or the young person, family conversations, crisis conversations, open guidance, etc. In The Entrance quick decisions are made, and it is a great advantage that you have knowledge of municipal workflows. We have a fast pace and see our different professional backgrounds as a strength where we draw on each other’s professional competencies.

We are child counselors, prevention counselors, family therapists and two team leaders in the same team. And with you in the team we will be 3 family therapists. In The Entrance we are creative and curious about each other’s ideas, and we help each other whenever we can, with all we can.

As a family therapist in The Entrance you will

• Weekly meetings with the entire Team Entrance, where we discuss and implement actions.
• Great freedom to plan your concrete tasks yourself.
• Varied tasks – possibilities for advice and guidance tasks as well as family therapy tasks, psychoeducation, crisis work, group programs etc.
• Colleagues who have a high professional level and who value and see the necessity of professional sparring and supervision. We have a culture where we reach out to each other, whether it is for sparring or a good idea.
• A day-to-day life with pace and variation.
• Opportunity to become part of a professionally strong group, where we continuously spar about our cases and draw on each other’s experiences. We work with a high degree of independence, but never stand alone when a case calls for joint reflection or new perspectives.

We would be excited if you

• Have a pedagogical or other social science basic education with relevant postgraduate study or continuing education, preferably a psychotherapeutic education.
• Come with solid experience in family treatment and see yourself as a generalist
• Have experience working with complex tasks where there are autism spectrum disorders or other psychiatric disorders in the family.
• Have worked with reports and collaboration meetings
• Are patient and believe that change is possible.
• Would like to challenge and inspire our practice with your reflections.
• Also see the value in a team where we have room for laughter and humor, but work wholeheartedly and with commitment on all tasks.

About the process

The application deadline is October 21 at 12:00. Interviews are expected to be held Monday, October 26.

Starting as soon as possible or December 1.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. In addition, qualification and function allowances can be agreed. The expected total salary is in the range of DKK 41,000–48,000 per month excluding pension, depending on experience, competencies, education and collective agreement.

Please note that we obtain a child’s certificate, an extended criminal record, and references for all new hires.
