We offer

A full-time job as a clinical pharmacist, where you will help optimize the tasks in the clinic that we at Regionsapoteket have or can advantageously have a role in. That is, you will help to solve and challenge the existing routines for the use of medicines, seek inspiration from similar tasks elsewhere, and together with representatives from the clinic seek changes that can lead to higher quality in medication, more rational and safe workflows.

You will also, together with the other three pharmacists in KF Randers, share the tasks covered by the pharmacist group, including:

• Carry out medication reviews for patients at Randers Regional Hospital and at social-psychiatric residential facilities
• Be professional backup for the pharmacy technicians in tasks such as dispensing, medicine reconciliation and medication service
• Be the professional resource person locally and possibly regionally within selected therapeutic areas
• Varied teaching tasks, both internally at the pharmacy and in the clinic
• Develop new and existing workflows in the clinic
• Regional and local networks.

In addition to the local work in Randers you should network and work together with colleagues in the other Clinical Pharmacy functions in the region to exchange experiences and ideas for common benefit.

In Clinical Pharmacy Randers we are 4 pharmacists, 13 pharmacy technicians, 3 service assistants and 1 department head. We place a high value on a good and development-oriented working environment.

About you

You want to work in the clinic and to participate in a role where days are not the same. You have an interest in and preferably experience with clinical pharmacy and you know your pharmacology. You are a team player who shines when you collaborate with other professions, and you do not shy away from patient contact. You are good at verbal and written communication and enjoy teaching. You are happy to work both independently and in collaboration with others.

We continually strive to improve our service to the hospital and contribute to an even better patient care. Therefore you must be action-oriented, passionate about working on improvements and not afraid to challenge routines and habits!

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the New Salary Agreement. Employment is conditional on a satisfactory background check for working with children.

The working hours are 37 hours/week or by agreement on weekdays, mainly within the time frame 7:30-15:30. We want to fill the position as soon as possible

The position is located at Randers Regional Hospital.
