Permanent position - Quality-conscious production worker sought for 4-day night shift in Hedensted

On behalf of an exciting company in Hedensted, JobTeam is seeking a skilled and meticulous production worker for a permanent night shift. The company works with specialized production, where quality is always prioritized as the absolute most important.

To ensure you are best prepared for the tasks, your onboarding will start with 3-4 weeks of thorough training on the day shift. Thereafter you will transfer to your permanent position on the night shift, which is run as a 4-day work week.

• Permanent employment
• Working hours: 22:30 – 7:10 (4-day work week)
• Start: As soon as possible

Work tasks You will have a diverse daily routine with a focus on operations and quality assurance. Your primary tasks will include:

• Machine monitoring and ensuring optimal operation
• Setup and commissioning of production machines
• Ongoing quality control of the produced parts
• Light processing and handling of parts
• Other incidental production and ad hoc tasks

Professional qualifications

• You have practical experience with production and preferably machine operation
• You have technical flair and are quick to understand new machines and processes
• You have understanding of and preferably experience with quality control, as this is crucial for the company’s final product
• You speak, read and understand Danish, for safety and instructions

Personal qualifications

• You take pride in your work and never compromise on quality
• You thrive with night work and can work independently and responsibly at night
• You are reliable, dutiful, and have good sense of order
• You are a good colleague who contributes positively to the team spirit

Special conditions

• Working hours: Night shift (4-day work week). Note that the first 3-4 weeks of employment will take place on day shift for training
