Festugen Horsens Holder is seeking an intern for Spring 2027

Are you (also) passionate about culture? Do you want to help create some of Horsens' biggest cultural experiences? Do you want to get right into the engine room behind festivals, events and city life activities? Then you are the one we are looking for.

As an intern in the Culture and Events Department in Horsens Municipality you will become part of the team that develops, plans and executes Horsens Holder.

In addition you will become part of one of the year's major cultural events in Horsens in 2027 – Minds of 99 – where we will create the biggest warm-up party, packed with a fireworks display of cultural experiences before the concerts.

What will you do?

With us you are not allowed to just look on from the sidelines. You become part of the team and gain experience with the whole process behind a cultural production:

• Ideation and concept work
• Planning and production of events
• Hosting and execution of cultural events
• Communication and marketing on social media and website
• Evaluation and development of future cultural projects

The internship period runs generally from February to June 2027, but we will adapt the program to your education and internship framework.

The concrete salary depends on the position as well as your experience and qualifications and may, in addition to base pay, consist of relevant, negotiated allowances.
