At Estrids Pleje we provide private home care with a focus on high quality, security and continuity.

We are seeking a field planner who can start early, assemble the day’s puzzle and then drive out to the citizens.

Your daily work will be flexible, as you will have varying workplaces between our two locations in Halsnæs and Frederikssund.

Your workday starts at 05:30

We cover citizens from the early morning hours. Your start time is therefore 05:30, where you check in at the office.

On-call shift every 7-9 weekends, Friday to Sunday, from home.

Your first tasks will be to handle acute sick leaves, adjust the driving plans and ensure that all field colleagues set off well with the right routes.

When morning planning is in place, you put on your work clothes and head out on the routes.

There is of course a company car available during working hours, so you can easily get around.

Your primary tasks

Morning planning

Adjustment of weekly routes and handling of acute changes and sick leaves from 05:30.

Field role

Provide professional care and practical assistance to citizens in Halsnæs and Frederikssund municipalities.

Office relief: You act as a fixed substitute at the office during holidays, illness and other administrative needs.

Documentation: Daily planning and journaling in IT systems.

We are looking for a profile who

Is educated as a social and health care helper (SSH), social and health care assistant (SSA), nurse or has other solid experience from home care, stable and thrives in a busy environment where no day is the same.

Has solid knowledge of and experience with both Cura and Nexus.

Is clearly a morning person and remains calm when plans change at the last moment.

Is flexible and thrives with changing workplaces (Halsnæs/Frederikssund) as well as changing tasks between office and field role.

Has a valid driving license (B).
