An exciting job with the world as your workplace

As foreman you will be the unifying force on our projects on-site. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring the execution of primarily international trade show projects – but also larger retail and office interior projects.

You are the one who comes in, gets the team moving and ensures that everyone knows what needs to happen. You are the link between the customer, the trade fair center, partners and the installation team – and the one who keeps an eye on both schedule, staffing, materials and the small details that make the big difference.

When we say that the whole world will be your workplace, we mean it. You can look forward to about 120 travel days per year – often at some of Europe’s and the world’s largest trade shows. You thrive on changing working hours, airport coffee, long days and the pulsating life that comes with building a stand from scratch in a few days.

Do you stay calm when the plan slips? When a delivery is missing, a rig has been turned the wrong way, or the schedule suddenly comes under pressure in a trade hall in Cologne or Milan, roll up your sleeves, find a solution and bring the team with you.

You will still have tools in your hands during the day, but your most important task will be to create momentum, make decisions and ensure that the project safely reaches its goal. We build everything from smaller customer-specific solutions to large, complex projects where no project is the same. It requires an overview, a sense of responsibility and a practical approach to problem solving. You will become part of a strong installation setup with both permanent employees and freelance installers, where collaboration, flexibility and integrity are essential for success.

Your profile

• You can take the lead: You have experience as foreman, team leader or project on-site and are used to getting people and tasks to work together.
• You know your craft: You have practical and craft understanding and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself.
• You have the overview: You can plan, prioritize and respond when reality doesn’t quite follow the plan.
• You keep a cool head: When the pace increases, you make decisions and find solutions instead of getting stuck.
• You like being on the road: You thrive on travel, changing working hours and many different people around you.
• You talk to people: You communicate confidently in Danish and English – German is also welcome.
• You get around: You have a category B driving license. A forklift certificate is an advantage.
