What you will do

As an Accounts Payable Assistant / Creditor Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for the daily processing of supplier invoices and will be an important participant in the work to improve and optimise our administrative processes. You will work closely with colleagues in purchasing, warehousing, production and finance to ensure an efficient flow from procurement to payment.

Your tasks will include

• Posting and processing supplier invoices
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts
• Handling invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Follow-up on open items and supplier reconciliations
• Participation in monthly closings and financial reconciliations
• Maintenance of master data in SAP
• Participation in developing and optimising Procure-to-Pay processes
• Analysis of processes with a focus on automation, compliance and efficiency
• Support to users across the organisation in relation to purchasing and invoice handling

What will make you successful?

• Have experience with accounts payable, finance or accounting
• Have knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Understand the link between purchasing, goods receipt and invoice processing
• Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail
• Are analytical and motivated by identifying and implementing process improvements
• Thrive with both operational tasks and development-oriented projects
• Can collaborate across departments and build good relationships
• Proficient in Danish and English written and spoken
• Wish to actively contribute to creating efficient and well-functioning processes in a growing organisation.
