What will you be doing?

You will play a central role in keeping track of our core financial tasks across the group. Your tasks will include:

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Approval and handling of invoices
• Assistance with payroll – experience with either Danish or Norwegian payroll is a plus, but not a requirement
• Ongoing ad hoc tasks in the department as needed

Who are you?

• You are structured and have good numerical understanding. It is an advantage if you have experience from a previous job or your studies within finance, but it is not an absolute requirement, as thorough onboarding will take place.
• You thrive with flexibility in everyday life, where the number of hours may vary from week to week (up to 15 hours per week).
• You contribute positively to the work environment and thrive in an informal community.
• Do you speak Norwegian? We have companies in both Denmark and Norway, and we are therefore very keen to hire a Norwegian-speaking colleague for one of the positions. Knowledge of Norwegian payroll is a plus, but most important is your motivation and attitude.
