At Medarbejderbanken we are looking for a colleague for a targeted training program, where instruction, client dialogue and close sparring prepare you for the role of financial advisor. You will advise Nordea's employees and their families and gradually take on more responsibility.

About our team

At Medarbejderbanken we advise Nordea employees and their families across Denmark. Our main task is to create attentive and competent guidance that makes customers' wishes and plans possible.

You will become part of a advisory team with 30 dedicated colleagues. The advice takes place online via Teams, by phone and by email. We have offices in Roskilde and Aarhus, and everyday life is characterized by good humor, high energy and strong collaboration, where quality, professional sparring and shared responsibility are a natural part of the daily routine.

Your tasks

Your main responsibilities

• Credit processing of consumer financing
• Participate in client meetings and gradually hold your own meetings
• Identify customers' needs in areas such as daily finances, housing, credit, savings, investments and pensions
• Proactively work with customers and collaborate with relevant specialists
• Follow Nordea's processes and actively participate in teaching, training and follow-up on your development

When the training program is completed, you can apply for an open position as a financial advisor in one of Nordea's branches or in the employee bank.

Who you are

It is a requirement that you have relevant banking experience servicing customers, for example as a Servicing Advisor or Customer Advisor. You have a relevant educational background such as Financial Assistant or Financial Bachelor and are motivated to develop yourself into a financial advisor.

We also place emphasis on the following

• Creating good customer experiences and communicating clearly
• Working structured, taking responsibility and following through on tasks
• Being curious, seeking feedback and contributing to collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Proficient in Danish and English in speech and writing
