- Administration of grants including handling applications with a view to distributing support amounts and preparation of annual accounts.
- Internal audit, where you contribute to preparing the annual audit plan and subsequently participate in carrying out the tasks included in the plan. The tasks consist partly of audit visits to decentralized institutions but also in cross-cutting analyses and controls.
- Posting of the Finance department’s own invoices and performing budget follow-up on selected areas in the administration, where we continuously help them take a closer look at their finances.
- Support for central and decentralized users of the municipality’s financial system KMD Opus Økonomi.
- Operations and support for the municipality’s decentralized budget monitoring system “KMD NemØkonomi”.
- Contribute to the holding of internal courses in the use of KMD Opus Økonomi and KMD NemØkonomi.

- Work in a structured way and are preferably experienced in using the financial system KMD-OPUS.
- Communicate clearly and precisely both in writing and orally.
