Work Supply on behalf of our client seeks a Financial Controller. With us, we pull together, and we place great emphasis on your collaboration skills. You will work closely with the team and be in constant dialogue with the CFO.

About the job

• Continuous controlling of daily operations, including cost reallocation, accruals, and account reconciliation in relation to bank, etc.
• Close collaboration on management reporting and active participation in budgeting processes in collaboration with the CFO.
• Preparation of project accounts with responsibility for the administrative and financial part of our research projects.
• Controlling of financial materials at month- and quarter-end closing, as well as ongoing development and process optimization across departments.
• Payroll controlling with subsequent reconciliation, payroll analysis, and monthly extraction of various data for payroll processing and postings of payroll distribution.
• VAT reconciliation and reporting as well as coordination with auditor and bank.

About you

• Have a relevant advanced education supplemented with minimum 3 years' professional experience.
• Possess solid experience in accounting and controlling.
• Have broad IT experience and understanding.
• Are an expert user of Excel.
• Have experience or knowledge of Power BI and Python.
