Finance Trainee at Lån & Spar – Aarhus N

On February 1, 2027, we welcome a new cohort of financial trainees, and you have the opportunity to join the team at our advisory center on Stjernepladsen in Aarhus N.

As a financial trainee at Lån & Spar you enter an ambitious and tailored program, where you are equipped to advise your own clients. The financial trainee program consists of a practical period in an advisory center and a parallel program with instruction.

The program lasts 15 months, and the start date is in February. The educational program takes place via Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter, where the focus is on teaching and training in both generally applicable topics and more Lån & Spar-specific areas.

You will receive instruction in investment, housing, credit, pension and communication. In addition, you will learn to build good and trusting relationships, and you will also be introduced to coaching as part of your development as an advisor.

In the practical part in the advisory center you will be thoroughly introduced to the advisor's tasks, and you will become familiar with Lån & Spar's processes, systems and culture. We attach great importance to your start with us, and therefore you will also be assigned a personal mentor who supports you throughout the entire program.

Personal and professional development

From day one you become part of the team and the everyday life in the advisory center. You will experience that you quickly take on responsibility and the opportunity to make your mark on both the job and everyday life.

When you have become comfortable with the role of finanstrainee, you will have your own client portfolio, for which you will be responsible to advise.

The leap from education to the business world can be large, and therefore from your first day in the bank you will be assigned a personal mentor.

For us it is important that your start at Lån & Spar becomes a good experience, where you quickly grow in the task. Therefore, from your first day in the bank you will be assigned a personal mentor who will give you advice and guidance as well as spar with you throughout your entire finanstrainee-forløb.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in finance
• Outgoing, proactive and passionate about advising private clients
