Fine dining restaurant Tamashii seeks waiters

In November, the Norrlyst Koncernen will open the doors to Tamashii - a new ambitious restaurant project on one of Copenhagen's most unique locations

Tamashii means “soul” in Japanese, and the kitchen will be modern Asian with Henrik Jyrk's personal imprint. The ambition is high, with technique and ingredient quality at the sharp end, but without the formality often associated with fine dining.

From kitchen and service to wine list and interior design, Tamashii is created with an ambition to reach Michelin level.

We are now seeking waiters who want to be a central part of the guest experience and help create a restaurant where service is as important as what comes from the kitchen.

The Role

As a waiter you will be the outward face and a crucial part of the overall experience.

You work closely with colleagues in service and kitchen and help ensure guests have an experience that feels attentive, professional and well thought out – from the first welcome to the last goodbye.
