Floor Manager for Hillerød

Are you our new Floor Manager? As Floor Manager you have the full overview of and responsibility for the flow in the restaurant on a given evening. In close collaboration with the many other colleagues at work you ensure that our guests are happier when they leave than when they arrived.

Lead with your hosting and develop yourself as a leader. Are you ready to don the flame uniform and your best smile when you ensure that all our many guests have an experience with us so they visit us again — and again. You do not need to be a trained waiter or have 10 years of experience as a leader, because we will train you in hosting as well as good leadership.

Welcome to Flammen restaurant

You probably already know us. We have grown from a small inn in Southern Jutland to 20 restaurants across Denmark. We have won a place in Danes’ hearts – and not least stomachs – with a simple formula: a well-stocked grill buffet seasoned with plenty of love in our hospitality.

We are now looking for our middle manager. With us you get a huge group of wonderful colleagues who every day serve hundreds of guests with a good, solid meal.

The restaurant and hospitality are your half of the field

As Floor Manager you have the sacred task of ensuring the guest experience when they visit us. You do this even before we open at 5 PM, where you prepare the restaurant and lay out your plan for operations. When the restaurant team comes in, you are the one who leads and distributes the day’s tasks. You are also out on the floor, speaking with guests and colleagues.

In a typical shift it is you who

• Places tables and is responsible for table reservations
• Takes responsibility for the evening’s team (the hosts) and has the full overview of the evening’s flow in the restaurant
• Collaborates on the operation of the restaurant in general
• Coordinates with our Buffet Manager, who is responsible for the kitchen
• Coordinates and consults with the General Manager, who has the overall responsibility
• Ensures high guest satisfaction

The service‑minded and focused type

• You have a strong service gene and a desire to make a difference for our guests
• You have experience from the restaurant/service industry
• You may have leadership experience from previous jobs, but most importantly is a good leadership potential that we can build on – you understand how to spread good mood and motivate your colleagues
• You are outgoing, confident and positive
• Can speak, read and write Danish
• Can present a criminal record
