About the job

AOF Region Nordjylland is seeking a dedicated and professionally strong first aid instructor to teach the AMU course “Introduction to first aid at the workplace” (AMU target 42730). We are looking for an instructor who can convey important knowledge in an engaging, motivating and practical way, so that participants feel confident to act in an emergency.

As a part-time lecturer you will become part of our AMU team and be responsible for delivering first aid courses for companies, employees and unemployed. The course provides participants with basic skills in life-saving first aid, emergency handling and correct reporting, so they can respond quickly and safely to accidents and acute incidents in the workplace.

Your tasks will include

·            Teach the AMU target 42730, Introduction to first aid at the workplace

·            Plan and conduct inspiring and practice-oriented teaching sequences

·            Contribute to the development and updating of teaching materials

·            Ensure high quality in teaching and good learning experiences

·            Collaborate with companies on company-tailored course programs

We are looking for you who

·            Are a certified first aid instructor or have equivalent relevant qualifications

·            Have experience in teaching or conveying to adults

·            Are strong in first aid and safety

·            Can create security, engagement and active participation among the participants

·            Have good collaboration skills and a professional approach to teaching

·            Thrive in independent work and flexible working days

·            Have a driving license and the possibility to teach in different locations across the country
