Your daily life

As an administrative workshop supervisor assistant, you will be an important support function for the workshop supervisors and the rest of the team. You will play a central role in the daily operations, where you contribute to the administrative processes at the workshop supervisor’s office.

Your tasks

• Daily administrative support for workshop supervisors and department managers.
• Preparation and invoicing of workshop orders.
• Entering workshop orders into customer portals.
• Handling of documentation and warranty cases.
• Time registration/preparation of payroll for hourly paid staff.
• Diverse administrative tasks related to daily operations.

You report to the head of department at the repair workshop.

Qualifications

You have a solutions-oriented approach to your work and can handle both routine and varied tasks efficiently

In addition you are

• Administratively strong.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in solving tasks.
• Clear in your communication, both written and spoken. If you are proficient in German and/or English, that is a clear advantage.
• Service-minded and able to handle many tasks at once.
• You have a flair for IT and administrative systems, work in a structured way and are not afraid to immerse yourself in new digital solutions.
