🏗️ Foreman for Demolition & Remediation in Grindsted – can you keep the troops under control when the dust settles?

We are looking for more experienced foremen for demolition and remediation in Grindsted , who can stay level-headed, even when the phone rings, people have questions, and the schedule suddenly takes on a life of its own.

Here, it is not a foreman who just has to walk around with a coffee cup and point.

You must be able to take responsibility for the daily operations, manage the tasks and be the one both employees and customers can rely on.

You will be employed in our department Entreprise Gruppen ApS.

🔨 FROM FIRST INSPECTION TO FINAL CONTAINER

You will play a central role in a small company with about 15 employees, where decisions quickly lead to action.

Your tasks will include

• Inspect demolition and remediation tasks, both interior and exterior
• Prepare bids and estimations
• Source new tasks and maintain contact with customers
• Plan and coordinate work from start to finish
• Lead the employees and ensure a good distribution of tasks
• Keep track of quality, safety and progress
• Make decisions when things do not go exactly as planned

👷 YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DO MORE THAN SAY WHERE THE CONTAINER SHOULD STAND

• Have experience from demolition, remediation or the construction and contracting industry
• Have experience leading and coordinating employees
• Can calculate bids or have a flair for estimation
• Can talk with both customers, employees and management
• Dare to take responsibility and make autonomous decisions
• Have a handle on safety and know that it must never be an afterthought
• Be flexible and prepared for occasional overtime

The most important thing is that you can create an overview, take ownership and get things done.
