Au2vest is a company in rapid growth and already has departments in Taastrup and Køge. We are now starting a new department in Frederikssund, and are therefore looking for a foreman.

Do you want to lead the daily operations and help build a new department? We are looking for a foreman who can create structure, ensure quality, and make both tasks and collaboration work in our new damage and corrosion protection center.

About the position

As a foreman you will play a central role in our new department in Frederikssund. You will be the first the customers meet, and a large part of your daily work will therefore be to provide excellent customer service. You will plan and coordinate the work, support the employees in daily tasks, and ensure that the tasks are carried out efficiently and with high professional quality.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Plan and allocate the department's daily tasks.
• Greet customers with a smile.
• Lead and motivate the staff.
• Follow up on quality, deadlines and safety.
• Contribute with technical sparring and practical problem solving.
• Build good workflows in the new department.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience within the industry.
• Can keep an overview and prioritise in a busy day-to-day.
• Communicates clearly and fosters good collaboration.
• Takes responsibility and wants to make your mark on a department under construction.
