Foreman's Assistant – Padborg

Would you be our administrative workshop foreman assistant at the repair workshop in Padborg?

Your daily life

As a workshop foreman assistant you will be an important support function for the foremen and the rest of the team. You will have a central role in daily operations, where you contribute to the administrative processes at the foreman’s office.

Your tasks

• Daily administrative support for workshop foremen and department managers
• Preparation and invoicing of workshop orders
• Entry of workshop orders into customer portals
• Handling of documentation and warranty cases
• Time registration/preparation of payroll for hourly paid
• Diverse administrative tasks related to daily operations

You report to the department head at the repair workshop.

Qualifications

You have a solution-oriented approach to your work and are able to handle both routine and varied tasks efficiently

Furthermore you are

• Administratively strong
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in completing tasks
• Clear in your communication, both written and spoken. If you master German and/or English, that's a clear advantage.
• Service-minded and capable of handling many tasks at once
• You have a flair for IT and administrative systems, work in a structured way and are not afraid to delve into new digital solutions
