Employment: Temporary · August – December 2026

Hours: 37 hours/week · rotating shift schedule

Shifts: Day shift 08:00–16:00 · Evening shift 14:00–22:00 Night shift 22:00 – 06:00

Weekend: Saturdays and Sundays included in rotation (with the above shifts)

Requirement: Valid forklift license — mandatory

THE JOB

As a forklift operator, you’re one of the people who keeps the warehouse alive. Your primary base is the high-bay — this is where you lower goods and ensure that pick locations are always filled before anyone even notices that they’re about to run out. You place incoming goods correctly and keep the high-bay tidy and structured, so the rest of the team can work efficiently without wasting time on mess and mistakes. It’s not a job that requires you to wait for instructions. It requires you to see what needs to be done yourself — and do it.

YOUR TASKS

Specifically, your day-to-day will look like this

• Replenishing goods from the high-bay to pick locations — ensuring pickers never run dry
• Placing incoming goods in the warehouse — correct placement from the start, no errors afterward
• Cleaning and maintaining the high-bay — structure is not a nice-to-have, it’s a requirement

You work at a pace that requires focus. There’s always something to tackle — and we expect you to find it yourself.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Valid forklift license is a requirement — you know this. But what really makes the difference? A person who doesn’t sit and wait to be told what to do. Someone who takes ownership. Someone who is steady — not because it’s expected, but because they set the standard themselves. Warehouse experience is an advantage. But the right attitude beats experience every time.

• Valid forklift license — without this we cannot proceed
• You are independent, proactive and solve tasks without being asked
• You are stable and arrive on time — your colleagues can count on you
• You thrive with physical work and a high pace
• Experience from warehouse, logistics or production is an advantage
• You communicate in Danish or English at a high level

From August you jump into our peak season — and it’s not a season you can overlook. This is Coolshop’s busiest time of the year, and it’s felt across the entire building. There are many steps in safety shoes, constant tasks to tackle, goods in hand from start to finish and high fives when the team delivers.
