This is a permanent position in a flat organization, where quality, integrity and a good working environment are at the top.

About the job

As a construction foreman at NCO byg you will have a key role in the daily operation on the construction site. You will become the ”playing coach” for a crew typically of 4-5 skilled colleagues, where you both set the direction and actively participate in the practical work. Your primary tasks will be within shell/structure, earthworks, concrete and casting projects.

Your main responsibilities

• Daily leadership and distribution of tasks to your crew on site.
• Quality assurance, execution and planning of the daily processes.
• Close dialogue and coordination with the company's contracting managers.
• Active participation in the practical execution of earthworks and concrete work.
• Ensuring a safe and secure working environment where timelines and safety rules are observed.

Who are you?

We imagine that you come with a solid craft background within earth and concrete (e.g. as a structural worker, foreman or experienced tradesperson). The most important is that you have practical experience with shell/structural and concrete constructions, and that you enjoy the leadership responsibility on site.

• Have experience as a foreman or have the drive and talent to take the next step in your career.
• Are structured and solution-oriented, so challenges on site are tackled effectively.
• Communicate clearly and in an encouraging way at eye level with both colleagues and partners.
• Are quality-conscious and take pride in delivering solid work.
• Have a driving license (B) – and preferably a trailer license (BE).
