As the franchisee of OK Plus Gilleleje you will have independent responsibility for the store's operations, development and finances as well as management of the 8-10 employees. OK Plus Gilleleje is part of the nationwide OK Plus chain of convenience stores for locals and travelers, and with the backing of the chain you will have good opportunities to develop the business and strengthen upselling, cross-selling, add-on sales and customer loyalty.

Good location and great opportunities

OK Plus Gilleleje is located on the old main road just south of the town. The station is a typical transit station, but there are many regulars among the customers who drop in every day. The station is close to Passebækgård Golf Club and Gilleleje Camping, and about 2.5 km to Gilleleje Harbor, where there are many tourists, especially in the summer. The store offers a wide range of to-go products, groceries, beverages and packaging services. At the station there are also a fuel station, car wash and charging stations.

Customer-service oriented leader with retail experience

You have experience in retail, preferably from convenience or similar sectors. You are service-minded, flexible and responsible, and you are ready to run the store as an independent with responsibility for both finances and staff. In particular you will be able to inspire and motivate the staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will become part of a nationwide chain, but receive good opportunities to further develop and realize the potential in your own well-located store.
