A busy and diverse daily routine

As our new colleague you will play a central role in ensuring the best solutions for our air freight customers with the North Atlantic in focus. The scope of responsibility is broad, and you will be involved in large parts of the transport process with particular focus on air freight, special shipments and time-critical express solutions.

You will become part of a department where the pace is high, and where responsibility quickly follows the opportunities. You will have a daily life with speed across the field, where you will among other things work with:

• Contact with customers and suppliers
• Daily collaboration across departments in relation to shared customers
• Handling and creation of bookings
• Dispatch of air freight export to the North Atlantic
• Coordination of special and express shipments
• Handling of customs documents
• Handling of documentation for dangerous goods
• Billing and follow-up

Do you have ambitions and the right prerequisites

You are a trained forwarder and are motivated by a daily life where there are often many things going on at the same time. Experience with air freight is not a requirement, but it is important that you are eager to learn, develop yourself and become part of a strong air freight team.

You thrive with responsibility and naturally take ownership of your tasks. At the same time you are proactive and able to maintain an overview, even when the pace is high and customers need quick solutions.
