Front of house server needed for Martini House Restaurant

Martini House is an Italian-American neighborhood restaurant on Brigadevej in Amager. We serve the kind of food we love to eat — generous, classic and uncomplicated — in a room that’s warm, lively and a little bit old-school.

We’re looking for more servers to join our small team.

For us, great service starts with hospitality. We want people to feel genuinely welcome, well taken care of, and excited to come back. That means taking the job seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.

We’re looking for people with personality who can read a table, move quickly when the restaurant is full, and still make guests feel like there’s nowhere they need to be.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming guests warmly and making people feel at home
• Guiding guests through our food, wine and cocktail menus with confidence and personality
• Taking ownership of your section and staying on top of pacing, timing and details throughout service
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and the rest of the FOH team
• Paying attention to the whole restaurant — not just your own tables
• Stepping in when teammates need help and contributing to a generous service culture
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organized and ready for guests
• Staying present and engaged on the floor from the first table to the last

What we’re looking for

• Restaurant or hospitality experience, ideally in a busy restaurant
• Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of people
• Personality and confidence without making service feel formal or stiff
• The ability to stay calm and positive when the restaurant gets busy
• Someone who notices what needs doing without always having to be asked
• An interest in food, wine and cocktails
• Reliability, professionalism and being a good teammate
• Danish or English — Danish is a plus, but not required
