Bowl´n´Fun & Maximum is Denmark's largest bowling and amusement chain with 20 centres. All centres have a restaurant, The Grill, and several can offer Laser Hero, Escape Room and Happie´s Playland. You build a good relationship with the guests, and together with the team in the centre, you ensure that you always have happy and satisfied guests. You lead, motivate and inspire your colleagues and most importantly - be a good role model.

You must be present and outwardly visible

As a chief host you will come to the front and have the responsibility on your shift. You must therefore have a good overview and a structured approach to your tasks. You must be present in the centre so guests know your face. Therefore it is important that you are service-minded, smiley and welcoming. You should take pride in ensuring guests receive service so that we become their "top of mind" when choosing a place to eat and an experience.

As a chief host you shall

• Ensure that guests receive the absolute best experience
• Check guests in and close out bills
• You will service our guests in the bar, by the lanes and in the restaurant.
• Be part of ensuring good welfare and a good working environment in the centre
• Be involved in training new employees
• Be ready to lead and be visible, both to other employees and guests in the centre
• Open and close the centre
• Ad hoc tasks

About you

• You have previously been used to taking responsibility, preferably from the restaurant or service industry
• You are not afraid to take responsibility and lead
• You are independent
• You are the top salesperson who puts guests at the center
• You have an overview and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• You like working in a team
• You are flexible and step in when the need arises
• You value a varied workday with changing hours and weekend shifts

The position is a full-time position with varying working hours including day, evening and weekend.
