Full-time shop assistant for Lysmesteren Nærum

Are you service-minded, structured and interested in lighting, home decoration and customer service?

Then maybe you are the one we are looking for as our new shop assistant at Lysmesteren Nærum.

We are looking for a friendly and responsible colleague who can provide our customers with a good in-store experience, advise on lighting and help with the administrative tasks that accompany customers' inquiries to our electrical department.

About the job

As a shop assistant you will be an important part of the daily operation.

You will have a varied everyday life with both sales, customer service, coordination and practical tasks.

Your tasks will include

• Advising and selling lamps and lighting solutions
• To create positive customer experiences in the store
• Creating cases for customers who book jobs with our electrical department
• Follow-up on customer inquiries and agreements
• Receiving goods, replenishment and light warehouse work
• Interior design and maintenance of the store
• Contribute to the store's sales targets and daily routines
• Help with ideas, posts, pictures and other content for our social media channels.

An independent workday

You should be prepared to often be alone in the store and to have responsibility for the daily operations yourself.

It is therefore important that you thrive working independently, can take initiative and feel comfortable making decisions in everyday work.

You will naturally receive thorough training and daily telephone contact with colleagues and management, so you always have the opportunity to get sparring and help.

The installers working in the area usually stop by the store for lunch, so there will be ongoing contact with them in daily life.
