So maybe you are the one we are looking for, with a start date of 1/12-26 at Lynggården in Hirtshals.

We are in the midst of an exciting transition, where rehabilitation and short-term placements are being developed into health and care placements. Therefore we are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to help create a strong professional environment where rehabilitation, interdisciplinary collaboration and the citizen's goals are the focal point.

As a physiotherapist you will play a central role in the development of the new health and care placements. You will become part of an engaged multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to influence both the professional initiatives, collaboration forms and the further development of the offered services.

About us

At Lynggården we work purposefully with rehabilitation, holistic citizen pathways and interdisciplinary collaboration.

As a physiotherapist you will become a central part of a strong multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants, occupational therapists, doctors and other partners. At the same time you will become part of a strong therapeutic professional network in the region, where sparring, professional development and knowledge sharing are highly prioritized.

About the position

As a physiotherapist you will be an important contributor to creating cohesive citizen pathways and ensuring that citizens have the best possibilities to maintain or regain their functional ability and quality of life.

Your tasks will include among others

  • Physiotherapeutic examinations and assessments, as well as setting goals for the course in collaboration with the citizen
  • Planning, initiating and evaluating training and rehabilitation programs
  • Mobilization including assessment of assistive device needs
  • Interdisciplinary coordination around the citizen's course
  • Guidance and sparring for colleagues on mobilization, transfers and rehabilitative initiatives
  • Collaboration with citizens, relatives and external partners
  • Documentation and follow-up on interventions and preparation of a rehabilitation plan

We offer

  • An exciting position in a department under development
  • Opportunity to influence the development and building of the new health and care placements
  • A strong interdisciplinary collaboration with the citizen at the center
  • A well-functioning therapeutic professional network with focus on professional development and sparring
  • A varied workday with a high degree of independence
  • Skilled and engaged colleagues with high professional standards
  • A good working environment where humor, presence and collaboration are highly valued
  • Good opportunities for competence development

We are looking for you who

  • Are educated as a physiotherapist
  • Have an interest in or experience with rehabilitation, geriatrics and citizens on short-term stays
  • Thrive in an interdisciplinary environment and see the strength in different professional perspectives
  • Have an eye for the whole person and work with the citizen's goals and resources as a starting point
  • Actively contribute to development and improvement of practice
  • Have good collaboration and communication skills
  • Can work independently while being a strong team player
  • Meet colleagues and citizens with energy, engagement and good humor
