Then you might be the person we're looking for as our new Team Leader for our control center for our client in Billund.

About the job

As team leader for LCC (Local Command Centre) you will become a central liaison in our security operation. LCC serves as the primary anchor point for monitoring, alarm handling, access control, CCTV, as well as support and responses to inquiries in Denmark and the EMEA region.

You will have the daily operations and personnel responsibility for the control center staff. Your key task will be to ensure high delivery quality, efficient task execution, and well-being in a 24/7/365 control center environment.

Structured and overview: You have a structured approach to your tasks, good at handling busy periods and you create calm around you – even when things are moving fast.

Flexible leadership style: It is important that you can work at the tactical level when needed, but also at the operational level when required.

Flexibility: Working hours are primarily on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00, but since LCC is a 24/7 operation, there will be shifted hours throughout the year where your presence is required during peak periods.

You will be challenged with us.

• Overall operational execution: Ensure a stable and professional operation in the control center.
• Personnel management & coordination: Daily management, motivation, development of employees and resource optimization.
• Quality assurance: Follow-up on procedures, standing orders and the quality of the services delivered.
• Close dialogue and collaboration; act as a liaison between the operators, the client and G4S management.

Your professional competencies

You have a relevant background from operations environments with managerial responsibility and strong technical touch. A management education, e.g. at the merkonom level, is an advantage, but your practical experience and technical understanding are the most important.

You have strong IT and technical understanding as well as flair for administration, so you easily grasp the control center's technical installations and system interrelations.

It is an advantage if you have experience with resource optimization from a larger company. In addition, we expect you to speak and write fluent Danish and English.

Experience with personnel management – preferably from service, security or control center industries – would be a clear advantage.

From a leadership perspective you are visible and well equipped. You understand that your results are created through your employees, and you are used to tackling managerial challenges.

To ensure the technical competency level, it is expected that at start you will complete the operator training.
