Gåsetårnskolen, Iselinge seeks teacher for a special class

We are looking for a new colleague for our S-class in the middle school at Iselinge division in Vordingborg. You will have the opportunity to become part of a strong and engaged staff group that works together as a team. The S-class is primarily for students on the autism spectrum.

We are seeking, by 1 December 2026 or earlier, a trained teacher for our special class in the middle school with strong competencies within the autism field. Preferably with an academic profile covering the subjects Danish, mathematics, English, history and Christian studies .

The job includes, among other things, close and binding collaboration with colleagues, parents and leadership. It is therefore essential that you wish to contribute to a strong team collaboration and that you are able to reflect on your own role in the community.

It should be expected that there will also be teaching hours in the general area.

• Are a trained teacher with competencies in Danish, mathematics, English, history and Christian studies.
• Are academically well-founded and work purposefully with students' academic development.
• Are a clear and competent classroom leader with knowledge of special pedagogy.
• Can create strong relationships with both students and parents.
• Have an appreciative approach and good relational skills, and that you can see yourself in our view of children (see link at the end of the text).
• Contribute actively to the team collaboration and thrive in a strong learning community.
• Have humor and thrive in a busy daily life.
